Why not just cheap hosting?

For a simple website that is fine. A web application with customer data, background jobs and integrations needs more: queues that keep running, a database you can restore and someone who knows how it fits together. When something breaks, you do not want to file a ticket with a helpdesk that does not know your application.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in European data centres, with backups at a European storage provider. Your data stays inside the EU, which makes GDPR a lot simpler.

What if the server goes down?

Monitoring alerts me straight away. Because daily backups are stored off the server, I can restore an application on a fresh server if things really go wrong.

Can I get hosting without you having built the software?

Yes, if it is an application I can understand and maintain. I take a look first and tell you honestly whether it makes sense.

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee, depending on how heavy your application is and how much management you want. You know exactly where you stand up front.
